Sermon Tees' – Shipping Store Policy

🛒 Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once your purchase is complete.

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

🚚 Shipping

  • Domestic Shipping (U.S.): Orders usually arrive within 5–10 business days after processing.

  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination and may take 10–20 business days. Customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and order size.

👕 Product Information

  • Each tee is custom printed on demand, which means we do not keep bulk inventory.

  • Minor variations in print placement or color may occur due to the nature of print-on-demand production.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

  • Because our products are made-to-order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or change of mind.

  • We will gladly replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective, or with a printing error.

  • To request a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue.

📬 Address Issues

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

  • Sermon Tees' is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer.

💳 Cancellations & Changes

  • Orders can only be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase since production begins quickly.
